01Overview
What this actually involves
A full remodel is the only route that lets us change the things that matter most: where the door is, how wide it opens, where the toilet centre line sits, and whether there is 60 in of clear floor to turn in. Surface work cannot fix a bathroom whose bones are wrong.
We take one bathroom at a time and one crew stays on it from demolition to handover. No subcontractor roulette, no week where nobody shows up because the tile setter is finishing someone else's job. The lead carpenter's mobile number is on your schedule.
Bathrooms only. We do not do kitchens, additions, lanais or whole-house work, and we will happily recommend someone who does. Twenty-two years in one room is why we know what is behind your wall before we open it.

What is in the price
Everything below is included as standard. Anything that is an allowance rather than a fixed item is named as one on your quote.
- Demolition to sound framingIncluding any rot or termite damage found, quoted as an allowance up front.
- Layout change and framingWall moves, door widening to 32 in clear, pocket-door conversion where the wall allows.
- Full plumbing and electrical roughNew supply, waste, vent, circuits, GFCI, exhaust to 80 to 110 CFM ducted outside.
- Blocking everywhereNot just where bars go today. Every wall, so the room can change with you.
- Waterproofing and flood testBonded membrane, 24 hour flood test with photographs for your file.
- Tile, stone and groutWet-area tile specified by DCOF value, not by how it looks in the showroom.
- Fixture and cabinetry installComfort-height throughout unless you tell us otherwise.
- Permit, inspections and final cleanAll three trades inspected. We leave the room cleaner than the rest of the house.

We run zip walls with a negative-air machine so dust stays in the bathroom, protect the route from the front door, and clean the path at the end of every day. If it is your only bathroom we will tell you which two days you genuinely need to be elsewhere.
In a house older than about 1990, we usually find something. Our quote carries a named allowance for substrate and framing repair. If we go past it we stop, photograph it, and get your sign-off before continuing. You never get a surprise on the final invoice.
Yes. We pull it, schedule every inspection and meet the inspector. You will never be asked to take a day off work to let someone in.
Because the failure modes in a bathroom are specific and expensive: waterproofing, slope, blocking, ventilation, scald protection. Doing one room ten times a month for twenty-two years is how a crew stops guessing.
